Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and a social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook was seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10, Cook began to work as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
